Liz Hackney lives in Winchester, Va. She is a multi-discipline artist with over forty years of passion for painting. Currently she is painting with a limited color palette of Cobra water mixable oil paints, knives, and cold wax medium. She enjoys painting outdoors purposely looking for color subtleties and atmospheric softness in the landscape. Creating poetic vision while blending the Tonalist and Impressionist styles.
